This mixed-use transit-oriented development is located in West Shanghai’s Hongqiao area at the junction of Minhang, Changning, and Xuhui districts connecting directly to Shanghai Metro Line 10.  The goal of this development is to establish a premier, multifunctional hub by cultivating an ambiance that is stylish, inviting, and entertaining.   Its goal is to invigorate the area’s commercial energy and, in turn, bolster the central business district (CBD) capabilities of the broader Hongqiao area, making it a distinguished central complex that is both economically strong and lasting.

The project is set to include an expansive Aegean-inspired shopping mall spanning roughly 110,000 square meters, complemented by a 50,000 square meter green park, a 3,000 square meter venue for cultural events, streets with international flair, and spaces dedicated to cultural and creative sectors. Located at the heart of the complex, the cultural showcase serves as its central hub, providing visitors with a multidimensional outdoor space featuring a striking structure approximately 48 meters in height with an elliptical patterned mesh canopy measuring 50m x 60m.  Not only does it protect visitors from inclement weather but also regulates microclimates and collects rainwater for reuse.
