Located in the Qingsheng Hub Area in the northeastern part of Nansha Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou, relying on the two major sectors of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) and Qingsheng Transportation Hub Complex, and adhering to the concept of resource sharing and open innovation, it builds an ecological and natural innovative talent agglomeration area for the artificial intelligence industry for the long-term development of Nansha Qingsheng Hub Area.

The project is divided into east and west plots with convenient surrounding roads. Based on the urban planning of Qingsheng Starting Area, it enjoys superior surrounding natural resources and boasts landscape views on three sides. The west and south sides are the intersection of urban green corridors where two water systems converge, while the east side features a 20-meter-wide urban green belt covering an area of 30,000 square meters. From an urban perspective, we have innovatively proposed the concept of an "Urban Green Core", shifting the focus from utilization to integration. First, we plan an urban green corridor to connect the north-south landscape nodes. Meanwhile, through the enclosure of building volumes, an ecological green core is formed at the center of the corridor, which, combined with commercial functions, serves as a pivotal functional hub linking the upper and lower reaches. Second, a second-floor aerial corridor is constructed to connect the two plots. By integrating various landscape resources through design, we extend the natural landscape outward, integrating the park area with the surrounding landscapes into a larger urban park and creating a public "Urban Green Core".

The project takes "gurgling spring" as its design concept, with buildings arranged in varying heights, presenting a harmonious blend of shapes and colors.

The facade adopts an all-vertical-line design to highlight its soaring posture. At human scale on the lower floors, the rotation of vertical cantilevered slabs creates a dynamic facade form. Meanwhile, under sunlight, the varying rotation angles produce a sparkling visual effect, echoing the concept of gurgling spring water.

Innovative Office Space Design: Enabling Efficient Integration of Resource Sharing and Enterprise Incubation
Functionally designed to serve its incubation purpose, the project integrates ample public spaces to maximize resource sharing and deliver synergistic outcomes that exceed simple addition. The ground floor features a unified lobby combining the two towers, elevating the overall office profile. Additionally, a shared lobby is arranged on the 5th floor and a roadshow center on the 10th floor, perfectly catering to the shared space requirements of startups in the incubation program.
