The technology park is located on the central landscape axis of the Hengqin Technology Research and Development Zone by the Tianmu River. It consists of two scientific research office buildings, one commercial office building, five residential buildings, and supporting commercial and conference spaces, covering three major functional areas: scientific research, living, and commercial. This multifunctional community aims to establish a people-oriented technology park, perfectly integrating academic, commercial, and residential spaces, and integrating work and life.

The integration of Lingnan characteristics into the park design fully utilizes its unique geographical location and environmental background. By seamlessly integrating the "courtyard" and "courtyard", the design solves the challenges brought by hot and humid climates. The design centers around the courtyard, organizing the shaded open spaces and connecting them through corridors, elevated platforms, and terraces, visually freeing up the indoor environment and creating a sense of fluidity and openness.

The building is backed by mountains and facing water, and the facade design is based on the design concept of "sailing with the wind and waves", symbolizing the opening of a new journey for cooperation between Guangdong and Macao

The wind and rain corridor pedestrian system can promote ventilation and protect people from wind and rain invasion in a comfortable park environment, echoing the unique architectural form of "arcade" in Lingnan region.

The conference center faces the city while also serving as a reception center, showcasing the image of a park. The bottom of the building is suspended and elevated, creating a sense of lightness and floating, like surging waves, symbolizing a journey towards the future and the new century.
