Oriental Courtyard in the Naixi Village of Beijing’s Chaoyang District, Beijing. With a total building area of approximately 56,712 square meters, this community of large-scale stacked villas and single floor villas improves on China Construction’s masterpiece Courtyard brand. Unique in the central urban area of Beijing it is contemporary interpretation of Song-style architecture and gardens.

The community is divided by a central garden space into two distinct neighborhoods. The western parcel features garden apartment community with large flats ranging from 170 to 210 square meters and a community clubhouse. The eastern parcel of larger 280-square-meter stacked villas is a much lower density community with greater emphasis on elements of the Song dynasty architecture and gardens.
