Different from traditional sales offices, the building is a modern and sleek structure with a grey rooftop and large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, surrounded by varying heights of lush greenery. It appears as a green island floating in the city, radiating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Applying the design concept of an Urban Green Island, the space incorporates a large piece of nature into the urban landscape, enveloped by trees within a sea of paved surfaces.  The interaction between people and the environment provides a relaxed and comfortable space.

A place for people to enjoy the art of living in the city.

The plaza and landscape intentionally downplay the buildings function as a sales office to create emotional value as a public space when the buildings function is converted to other uses in the future.
