Nestled in the core of Chaoyang District, Beijing, the project enjoys a prime location south of Chaoyang North Road, merely 8.5 kilometers away from Guomao CBD. As a gateway connecting urban prosperity and ecological tranquility, Chaoguan TANGIM reinterprets geographical value from an international perspective, translating the spirit of Oriental rituals into a contemporary spatial language. It creates a residential model that integrates cultural identity with modern living experiences.

Overall Planning: Five-Layer Ritual Spatial Structure | Contemporary Narrative of Oriental Aesthetics
Within the approximately 5,500-square-meter demonstration area, a complete five-courtyard spatial sequence is constructed around the core concepts of "jade as the soul and ritual as the vein". From the community gate to the sunken clubhouse, architecture and landscape form a seamlessly integrated systematic service system, redefining the homecoming ceremony and community living scenarios.

First Layer: Jade-Greeting Gateway | Contemporary Interpretation of Triple Eaves × Ink-Wash Jade Screen Scenery
Inspired by the triple eaves of the Forbidden City, the gate reshapes the oriental family ritual with a grand scale of 33 meters in width and 9 meters in height. The base is crafted from Beijin Beige stone, where three textures—matte, ax-hewn, and arc—interweave and juxtapose to showcase the time-honored texture of the material. The opposing screen is made of ink-wash jade luxury stone, whose natural veins resemble a landscape scroll, freezing the oriental artistic conception on the contemporary facade.

Second Layer: Gorgeous Gateway Hall | Translucent Cloud Stone Lighting × Boundless Landscape Symbiosis
The 8-meter-high colonnade space serves as a prelude to homecoming, facilitating an emotional transition from public to private. The reception lobby creates warm light and shadow with translucent cloud stone chandeliers, while the extra-large glass curtain wall on the west facade dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior. This allows the "Mirror Wave and Eight Trees" landscape to become a natural extension of the space, achieving boundless symbiosis between architecture and scenery.

Third Layer: White Jade Corridor | Thirty-Meter Ritual Axis × Light and Shadow Poetics of Mirror Wave and Eight Trees
The approximately 30-meter ritual corridor establishes order with white jade colonnades. The water feature between the corridors reflects eight stylized goldenrain trees, forming a light and shadow scroll where "tree shadows merge into waves, and moonlight shatters into gold." More than a homecoming route, the corridor serves as a poetic passage embodying the artistic conception of Oriental aesthetics.

Fourth Layer: Jade Pond Courtyard | Sunken Emerald Water Court × Floating Jade Artistry of Architecture
Inspired by the concept "Jade is nurtured in water," the 800-square-meter sunken water court features emerald-hued pond water seamlessly connected to the building's glass curtain wall, creating a visual spectacle of "architecture floating on water." Through elements such as jade bridges, still water, and cascading waterfalls, it constructs a serene scene for visitors to pause and admire the view, enhancing the aesthetic experience of "ritual observation."

Fifth Layer: JUN CLUB | Sunken Customized Clubhouse × Seven-Functional Integration
Covering nearly 2,000 square meters, the sunken clubhouse integrates seven functions including a constant-temperature infinity pool, fitness and yoga area, private dining room and audio-visual room. With hotel-style supporting facilities, it builds a spiritual home for the community. Adhering to the tone of Oriental aesthetics, the space design covers all scenarios from social interaction to self-enjoyment. Fifth Layer: JUN CLUB | Sunken Customized Clubhouse × Seven-Functional Integration

Positioned as a pure improvement-oriented community, the project mainly offers three-bedroom and four-bedroom units with an area range of 92-157 square meters. From the perspective of residents' emotional experience, the unit type design puts forward the spatial concept of "Flowing Space, Super-Sensory Life".
Among the unit types, the 139㎡ unit features a classic four-leaf clover layout. Through spatial organization and layout optimization, it has an independent opposite-view entrance hall upon entry. The dining and living room are of equal width at 5.5 meters and adopt an LDK integrated design, which breaks the traditional spatial barriers and enhances spatial coherence and interactivity. The south-facing side is designed with two en-suite bedrooms, and the master bedroom is equipped with a 270-degree corner floor-to-ceiling window, improving living comfort and enriching life scenarios.

Centered on the core concepts of "spacious scale, all-round functions and ritual sense creation", the 157㎡ unit type features a south-facing dual en-suite design that balances privacy and flexibility. The study and master bedroom can be used separately or combined to meet diverse needs and adapt to usage scenarios of different family structures. The U-shaped kitchen with a 4.15-meter bay width, paired with dual Chinese-Western kitchens and an LDK integrated design, achieves comprehensive optimization in terms of spatial scale, functional adaptation and scenario linkage, satisfying the cooking and interaction needs of multi-member families. The independent living balcony serves as an "exclusive area" for housekeeping functions, enhancing home tidiness and efficiency. This unit type accurately meets the living quality needs of improvement-oriented families, and both its spatial layout and detailed design highlight comfort and a sense of quality.

Conclusion
Chaoguan TANGIM strikes a delicate balance between "ritual order and nature, tradition and modernity, openness and privacy". With the "five-layer space" as its framework, it translates the spirit of Oriental ritual order into perceptible contemporary living scenarios. The project not only reshapes the contemporary paradigm of homecoming rituals, but also creates a "spiritual vessel" that carries cultural confidence and modern living concepts through spatial poetics and material interpretation, providing an innovative model for high-end residences that integrates cultural depth and the spirit of the times.
