When high-end residences fall into the rut of homogenization, Greentown · River Moon, crafted in the second phase of Qianjiang New City, offers an alternative response with "boundless aesthetics" at its core. As the latest masterpiece of the "Yuehua Series", the project builds on the successful foundation of Zhilan Yuehua, achieving a systematic iteration from planning philosophy and facade language to scenario creation. It is not merely a building, but a profound reconstruction of the waterfront living paradigm.
Planning Philosophy: A Community Framework of Ecological Resonance
Settling in the second phase of Qianjiang New City means resonating in harmony with Hangzhou’s "River-Oriented Development Strategy". As the last large-scale integrated development site in the main urban area, this sector bears the core driving force of urban iteration. As Greentown’s third lighthouse project here, River Moon transcends the significance of a single high-end residence — it more marks a qualitative leap from "housing construction" to "city-making" in the region.

Diversified Supporting Facilities: Integration of High-Energy-Level Resources
Transportation: Approximately 800 meters south of the project lies Wubao Station of Metro Line 9, with direct access to Jianghehui in 3 stops; it is about 2.5 kilometers away from the core business district of IFC, ensuring convenient and fast travel.
Commercial: Within approximately 500 meters, the underground commercial belt of Lianbao Fengcheng caters to daily consumption and premium catering needs.
Education & Culture: The Guanchao Campus of Tianchang Primary School to the west is already in operation; the surrounding area gathers diverse high-quality resources such as Qianjiang BASIS International School and Qianjiang Foreign Language School; the planned primary school and kindergarten to the south are under accelerated construction.
Medical Care: The East Campus of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (Grade A Level 3 Hospital), located 1.2 kilometers north of the project, builds a solid health barrier.
Ecology: A 1.2-kilometer walk leads to the Qiantang Riverbank; the under-construction Central Park, approximately 300 meters away, serves as an exclusive ecological living room.
Planning Philosophy: A Community Framework of Ecological Resonance

Scenario Integration: A Boundless Integrated Living Sphere

Community Core – Large-Scale Interconnected System With covered corridors as the framework, it seamlessly connects the homecoming lobby with various semi-private club spaces, forming a multi-functional "large-scale" living system. The approximately 5.8-meter-high void deck eliminates internal and external boundaries through full-height floor-to-ceiling glass. Combined with functions such as the Queen's Living Room, coffee bookstore, and swimming pool, it weaves a warm and inviting space for leisure and relaxation.

Landscape Artistry – Boundaryless Interactive Water SystemThe wading pool meanders through the community with fluid lines, interacting with greenery and pergolas. It breaks the sense of boundary of traditional swimming pools, enhancing usage frequency and community interactivity.
