Weave Scenery into Habitat, Savor Life to the Full
Chengdu, Sichuan Province

The project is located in Zhonghe Sub-district, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, Sichuan Province. It is adjacent to Longfor Jiuli Qingchuan and Yahe South 4th Road to the west, and Xinchuan Times Center and Yahe South 5th Road to the east. It is approximately 14 kilometers away from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and situated in Xinchuan Science and Technology Park of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, the core area for the city’s future industrial development. The surrounding area boasts abundant educational resources covering the entire spectrum from kindergarten to junior high school. It is also surrounded by multiple completed and under-construction residential communities, as well as innovation and technology parks, the Tianfu New Area Provincial Cultural Center, and several headquarters base projects. Blessed with landscape resources including Xinchuan Park and the green spaces adjacent to the plot, the area has a well-developed living infrastructure. With a total site area of 17,452.90 square meters, the project consists of 6 residential towers, an urban living room (also serving as the main entrance of the community) and a secondary entrance. All towers (Tower 1#, Tower 2#, Tower 3#, Tower 4#, Tower 5# and Tower 6#) are 17 stories high. Among them, the first floors of Tower 1#, Tower 2# and Tower 6# are void decks, with a total void deck area of 1,163.08 square meters.

Lobby Design: A dual-entry lobby system (ground floor and underground) is adopted. The ground-floor lobby is designed with the concept of "Ultimate Homecoming Privilege, Enjoying a Graceful Life", creating an elegant and premium entry experience for residents while delivering a visual feast of aesthetic concepts. The fully-furnished ground-floor lobby features a luxury sintered stone backdrop wall embedded with bronze metal strips, breaking the narrowness of traditional lobbies and creating a bright and transparent entry space.

Underground Garage Design:The design is crafted to create a Rolls-Royce-inspired Starry Sky Lobby, infusing the space with distinctive appeal and elevating the overall sense of luxury. The interior style is consistent with that of the ground-floor lobby, with walls finished in soft-polished tiles and sintered stone;

Void Deck Design:Taking the "all-age community" as the starting point, the void deck is designed as a community hub accommodating diverse lifestyles, serving as an aesthetic living space integrating multiple functions such as leisure, parent-child activities and social interaction. As an ideal transitional space between indoor and outdoor areas of the community, the void deck, as a semi-public "grey space", achieves a balance between openness and privacy. Aligning with popular trends including community-oriented design, all-age accessibility, shared interaction and humanistic care, it greatly enhances the residential quality of the community, making the modern community more livable, warm, diverse and caring.

Style Neutrality, transcending the constraints of fixed design styles

Unit Design:We propose the concept of de-stylization, breaking the limitations of rigid stylistic frameworks. Moving away from monotonous, one-size-fits-all design styles, we reorganize forms, symbols, colors and materials to create comfortable spaces tailored to the personalized needs of residents. In terms of hard decoration, clean, modern lines run through the entire space, eliminating complicated structures and endowing the space with a bright, transparent and orderly aesthetic. For soft decoration, we adopt a mix of diverse styles and forms, which not only optimize functional rationality but also inject distinctive appeal into the space.

Advantages of Each Unit Design;

Advantages of Unit A Design:The "LDKB+X" open-plan great room enables the linkage of public areas, supports multiple living scenarios and facilitates high-frequency family interactions. Breaking the spatial limitations, it not only enhances the sense of transparency of the interior space visually, but also endows the space with more functions, satisfying various living possibilities and enriching the family scene experience.

Advantages of Unit B Design:Boasting a sleek open living room, the unit features an expansive spatial feel, excellent natural lighting and ventilation, along with a flexible layout. It is equipped with a multi-functional X-space that can be converted into a study, home office, vanity room, children’s bedroom or a tutoring room.

Advantages of Unit C Design:The 1.5-width trendy open living room offers an expansive spatial feel, excellent lighting and ventilation, as well as a flexible layout. The open study integrated within the living room features high variability in practical use, allowing the space to be flexibly arranged according to residents’ lifestyle needs.

Advantages of Unit D Design:The innovative 1.5-bathroom configuration features a three-zone separated toilet with wet-dry separation, which improves the utilization efficiency of the bathroom. Equipped with two toilets, the bathroom also has the sink installed in the public open area, accessible to users from both sides after using the toilet. This design supports the morning rush-hour scenario where 2 people use the toilets and 1 person washes up simultaneously, perfectly meeting the needs of 3 family members getting ready to go out.

Advantages of Unit E Design:The full-south oriented straight living room realizes clear separation of dynamic and static zones, making the functional division more distinct and greatly reducing mutual interference. It adopts an innovative 1.5-bathroom configuration with a three-zone separated toilet and wet-dry separation, which enhances the utilization efficiency of the bathroom. The flexible and versatile X-space breaks the fixed scenario mode of conventional families. As a fun space for accommodating hobbies, it interprets diverse living scenarios and meets more varied living needs.
