The park and plaza are located within the second ring road of Shenyang's core urban area, surrounded by abundant natural resources and a mature residential environment.  Its proximity to the Beiling World Cultural Heritage Park offers access to Shenyang's largest green space and rich cultural heritage.  The design concept, of "70% ecological, 30% cultural," extends from the Urban Bookstore to create an open demonstration area that combines urban vitality with tranquility.

The project's theme is Cultural Origins, Natural Environment, integrating the cultural and natural elements of the surrounding Xinle Relic Site and Beiling Park into the design.  The cultural essence of the Xinle Relic Site has been distilled and serves as its design inspiration.

Exploring nature and culture: Tracing the origins of civilization through the landscape.

The design includes a covered, theater-style corridor nestled among trees, offering a shaded vantage point over the city square.  Utilizing the terrain’s natural slope, it doubles as a leisure spot and an educational exhibit, featuring a timeline of the Xinle Relic Site’s archaeological history.

The "Source" feature wall draws inspiration from the elements of the Xinle Relic Site, using abstract art to depict the ancient relics and combining it with cascading water features for cultural inheritance. The pavement incorporates a diamond-shaped pattern reminiscent of traditional architectural window grilles, blending the past and present, symbolizing abundance and wealth.
