One Sino Park, located in Tianjin’s Meijiang District serves as a benchmark community for Sunac in the local area.  Meijiang flows into the sea, where the sun rises over the river.

The design continues important characteristics of the earlier phases of development including pavement resembling water ripples, a sequential arrangement of metal lattices and covered walkways.

The model home’s design envisions a dream for the "collector," where a home is characterized by artistic taste, leisurely elegance, and tranquil private gardens.

Moving through the covered corridor, the interplay of metal curtains and glass bricks creates a sense of transparency and lightness.

Three gracefully shaped Chinese scholar trees are planted on the lawn and paved area to divide the space into two areas with gently sloping water features.  The sunlight and swaying shadows enhance the refinement and beauty of the space.

The model homes are separated from the open area by glass brick panels, allowing glimpses of the greenery beyond.
