Located in the heart of the Jianggan District, Paradise Walk is 10 kilometers from Hangzhou’s city center.  As planned the new Dingqiao central hub will contain a large park, schools, medical and business amenities ensuring high livability.

This center aims to be more than a commercial success; it’s envisioned as a human-scaled, public space as one of Hangzhou’s new calling cards.  Paradise Walk is a blend of urban, cultural and lifestyle spaces that capture the essence of Hangzhou and contemporary culture.

Inspired by the city’s ancient streets, planned as a prime shopping destination to draw significant foot traffic, its design introduces a multi-level street market concept with a sky street woven into park settings.  Its goal is to establish a new business epicenter for both Jianggan District and the city at large.

The facade’s copper hue pays homage to historical architecture, seamlessly flowing from the exterior to interior.  The exteriors are clad in light-toned stone, while the dark sloping metal roofs are reminiscent of the traditional pink walls and black tiles of water towns and Hangzhou’s historical neighborhoods.  The main entrance features copper aluminum plates accentuated by effect lighting to offer a captivating welcome.
