Maximize the Utilization of Local Resources

Based on the local resource conditions including lakes, inner bays, amusement parks, industrial zones, woodlands and wetlands, we create six diverse themed scenarios featuring friendship with lakesides, friendship with the sea, friendship with children, friendship with art and friendship with nature. The purpose is to meet the vacation needs of different groups of people and create a variety of options for vacation life.

Intensively develop six clusters to serve as a lifestyle testbed

Supporting facilities in traditional communities are generally arranged in the form of commercial spaces on the ground floors of residential buildings, which lack strong cultural and tourism experience appeal and fail to create engaging lifestyle scenarios. Making full use of the mandatory supporting facility indicators, the project transforms these ground-floor commercial spaces into the core hubs of small neighborhood clusters. Meanwhile, it introduces carefully selected business formats to meet the demands for spiritual enrichment, social interaction and exquisite living, turning the mandatory supporting facilities into a scenario-based and personalized lifestyle testbed. By operating community spaces, the cluster hubs are developed into the optimal marketing tools to convert tourists into residents.
