The project is located in Beidaihe New Area, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, covering a total area of approximately 360 hectares, among which the construction land accounts for about 1467 mu. It sits within the experimental zone of a national-level nature reserve, featuring high ecological sensitivity. Meanwhile, it boasts a premium coastline stretching around 3 kilometers, sharing the same bay with Aranya, and thus serves as a key hub for coastal tourism and residence in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.   

At present, Aranya has established itself as a flagship project in the regional cultural tourism market, with its brand influence and customer loyalty proving hard to surpass. Meanwhile, a growing number of competing projects are emerging along the coastline, intensifying market competition.    

Against this backdrop, only by being "different" can we create a new spiritual haven!

From the project's inception, we have continuously pondered: Beyond the same stretch of sea, can Resea present an alternative vision of life? Can the coastline here host experiential scenarios unlike any before? An in-depth analysis of the site’s characteristics shows that while sharing the blue sea and sky with Aranya, Resea exclusively boasts three natural endowments—sand dunes, forests, and lakes—imparting an atmosphere more aligned with "Wild Luxury."       

Lakes and forests, sands and dunes are precisely the most differentiated natural foundations of the project — they endow the site with wild charm, tranquility and privacy, and also lay the groundwork for diverse experiential possibilities.      

Therefore, we shall strengthen the ecological and natural attributes, structure the space in a sequential manner, and gradually bring forth the "Wild Luxury" vibe. Moving from the "secluded" entrance, through the "serene" middle zone, to the "dynamic" coastal area, we will transform the site’s inherent understated Wild Luxury traits into perceptible and immersive spatial imprints.

Secluded Entrance

Block out the hustle and bustle from the outside, inherit the undulating topography of the sand dunes and the natural ambiance of the forest, introduce the scenery in a subtle way, and create winding, exploratory paths. This design enhances a sense of ritual and visibility, forging a distinctive arrival experience.       

Serene Middle Zone

Highlight the tranquility of the lake and forest at the heart of the site, and create a secluded luxury sanctuary for natural healing.       

Dynamic Coastal Zone

The bustling town center, originally situated in the hinterland of the inner lake, is relocated to the coastal area. This initiative aims to restore the tranquil ambiance of the central zone while bringing together vibrancy and liveliness in one place. Wander through the town to embrace the romantic leisure of the streets, and gaze over the sand dunes to admire the seamless blend of sea and sky.
