Adjacent to the university city, Chinese Overseas The Noble Lake is a community that exudes a rich academic and cultural atmosphere.  A serene "forest of academia," immersing residents in a literary experience and crafting a modern people oriented community that embodies customized living surrounded by scholarly pursuits.

With the theme of "Serene Noble Lake, Refined Residences," the project recreates an ambiance reminiscent of a university garden, employing contemporary design techniques to evoke a poetic and cultural atmosphere.  Here, residents coexist with nature, enjoying a secluded urban sanctuary away from the city.

Clear Spring on the Rocks

Strolling along the welcoming path, adorned with an array of plum blossoms, creates a sense of hospitality.  Cascading waterfalls and the gentle sound of flowing water blend with intertwined vegetation behind the scenic walls.  Boxwood and sculpted maple trees create a vivid and vibrant scene, offering a future clubhouse-style homecoming experience.

Tranquil Library Pavilion

The forest pavilion offers a new way of living for residents with a sharing library and starry theaters. Surrounded by tropical plants and floral landscapes, it exudes a natural and serene atmosphere, where you can enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea. The 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass windows provide an expansive view into the surrounding landscape.  The pavilion is divided into separate quiet and active areas, with internal air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the seasons.  Trees passing through the roof of the pavilion symbolize vitality and prosperity, blending the elements of nature and modernity.

Stepping out of the pavilion, you enter the tranquil space of the courtyard under the trees. The varying shades of the ground paving seamlessly blend with the intertwined Chinese sweet gum trees, creating a comfortable and natural integration for people. As night falls, tranquility reigns, bringing inner peace.
